as set forth above, are entitled to preference in appointment as
Personal Representatives because they are designated as the
Personal Representatives in the Last Will and Testament of the
decedent.

(3) Approximately 9.88 acres of
citrus grove property located on Christiansen
Road.
b. Personal Property
(1) Miscellaneous items of grove
equipment and vehicles.
(2) Household goods and furnishings
and personal effects.

7. Petitioners are unaware of any unrevoked will or codicil
other than as set forth in Paragraph 8.
8. The original of the decedent's Last Will and Testament
dated April 8, 1980 accompanies this Petition.
Petitioners request that the decedent's Last Will and
Testament be admitted to probate and that Petitioners be appointee
Personal Representatives of the estate of the decedent.
Under penalties of perjury we declare that we have read the
