B. To pay expenses that are reasonable in the 3udgment of the personal representatives, for the delivery of gifts. C. To cpntinue, conduct and carry on my business as a citrus fruit grower and shipper during the administration of my estate, and for that purpose to re- tain and employ the capital which shall at my death be employed therein, and to augment or decrease the capital employed therein, and to execute and deliver all instru- ments in writing that the personal representatives may deem necessary or advisable in connection with the operation of that business. IV. Residue: The rest of my estate, of whatever kind and wherever situated, including all lapsed, re- nounced and void gifts, but excluding any property over which I may have a power of appointment, I give to my daughter, BONITA HANSEN KEYES, if she survives me. If my daughter, BONITA NANSEN KEYES, fails to survive me, then to my great grandchildren, in equal shares, share and share alike, per stirpes and not per capita. V. Trust: Provided, however, if my daughter, BONITA HANSEN KEYES, predeceases me, and a beneficiary here- under has not reached his or her twenty-sixth birth- day at the time of my death, no gift of other than tangible personal property shall be distributed to that beneficiary.
