4. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because
decedent died owning assets in St. Lucie County, Florida.
5. HEIDI NORDQUIST, whose address is set forth above
is qualified under the laws of Florida to serve as personal
representative of the decedent's estate and is entitled to
preference in appointment as personal representative because
the four other beneficiaries have consented in writing to
petitioner's appointment. The consents, entitled Power of
Attorney, are attached hereto and made a part hereof.
6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in
this estate are:
Cash and securities having a value of less than
$60,000.00.
7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked Will or
Codicil other than as set forth in Paragraph 8.
8. A certified copy, with certified translation, under
seal of Douglas B. Kent, Vice Consul of the United States of
America, Helsinki, Finland, of decedent's last will dated
February 28, 1977, accompanies this petition.
9. Petitioner acknowledges that she is qualified to
act as personal representative under the laws of the State of
Florida; that she will faithfully administer the estate of
said decedent according to law, and that she hereby designates
CHESTER B. GRIFFIN, a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida,
whose residence address is: 151 Hartman Road, Fort Pierce,
Florida 33450, as her agent or attorney for service of process
in any suit or action against her in her representative capacity,
or personally if such personal action accrued in the administra-
tion of this estate.
Petitioner requests that the decedent's last will be
admitted to probate and that she be appointed personal represen-
tative of the estate of the decedent.
