POWER OF ATTORNEY
I undersigned, an heir of Margit Ebba Irene Fredriksson ,
who died on the 18th of August, 1980, in Finland, authorize
Mrs. Heidi Nordquist for me to
1) liquidate the deceased's estate to the best of
her ability, as to sell the securities
2) draw out money from the bank account and close it
3) account the money to Finland
4) carry out other necessary actions to probate the
deceased's estate.
