ORDER ADMITTING CERTIFIED WILL TO PROBATE
AND APPOINTING PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE
The instrument presented to this Court as the Last
Will and Testament of Ebba Margit Irene Fredriksson, deceased,
with Extract from the Minutes of the First Division of the City
Court of Turka, October 14, 1980, attached and made a part
hereof, and no objection having been made to its probate,
and the Court finding that the decedent died on August 18,
1980, it is
ADJUDGED that the Will bearing the date of February 28,
1977, and attested by ULF JANSSON and STINA MAIKOLA, as sub-
scribing and attesting witnesses is admitted to probate ac-
cording to law, as and for the last will of the decedent, and
it is further
ADJUDGED that HEIDI NORDQUIST is appointed personal
representative of the estate of the decedent, and that upon
taking the prescribed oath, filing designation of resident
agent and acceptance, and entering into bond to be approved
by this court in the sum of $ S ooe. oo letters of adminis-
tration shall be issued.
