his agent Ulf Jansson attorney-at-law.
Re: Probate of Will.
The power of attorney of the agent read thus:

Jaxisson submitted to the court for probate the following
Will in original:
Appendix § 2/2
Jansson stated that Ebba Margit Irene Fredriksson, pen-
sioner, of Turku, had deceased on August 18, 1980, and he re-
quested on behalf of his principal that her !dill be probated.
The City Court issued the following
D i r e c t i v e
Under Section 4 of Chanter 14 of the Inheritance Code
the applicant shall inform the heirs of Ebba Margit Irene
Fredriksson about the Mill by means of delivery of certified
copy of these minutes of probate. Should any of the heirs wish
to contest the Will on grounds indicated in Chapter 13 of the
said Code, he shall raise an action to such effect within six
months of the time at which he learned of the !Mill in the
manner stated above.
Should an heir hold that the !+lill infringes upon his
right of legitim, he shall, if he wishes to retain his le-
gitim undiminished, thereof inform the beneficiary by the
procedure laid down for the delivering of summons or in other
verifiable manner within six months of the time at which he
shall have learned of the 'Rill in the manner stated above.
