PETITION FOR ORDER AiITHORIZING SALE
Petitioner, WILLIAM J. SMITH, as personal representative
of the above estate alleges:
1. Part of the assets of the estate consists of:
Lot 9, Block 15, Harmony Heights /~4 as
recorded in the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
2. Petitioner considers that it is expedient, necessary
and to the best interest of the estate to sell the above-described
real property in order to provide funds for payment of unpaid bills
of the estate.
3. A signed contract for sale, conditioned upon Court
approval, has been received to purchase the above-described real
property from the estate, they terms of the sale being as shown on
the attached copy of Contract for Sale and Purchase, marked Exhibit A.
4. WILLIAM J. SMITH, ERNEST J. SMITH and D. HORACE SMITH,
heirs of the above-named Decedent, have filed with the Court their
written consent and waiver of notice of sale of the property described
above.
WHEREFORE, petitioner asks for an order confirming the
sale of the above-described property upon the terms and conditions
set forth in the attached Exhibit A.
