ORDER AUTHORIZING SALE
THIS CAUSE has been considered by this Court upon the
petition of WILLIAM J. SMITH, personal representative of the above
estate, and the Court having determined that it is in the best
interest of-the estate that certain assets of the estate be sold
in order to provide funds .for payment of unpaid bills, that the
best interest of the estate will be served by a sale of the property
at private sale and that the sale should Twenty Five Thousand
($25,000.00) Dollars, as shown in the copy of Contract for Sale
and Purchase attached to Petition for Order Authorizing Sale, it
is ~ '
ADJUDGED that petitioner, as personal representative of
the above Estate of RUTH S. GRAZIANO, is authorized to sell Lot 9,
Block 14, Harmony Heights /~4, as recorded in the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida for Twenty Five Thousand ($25,000.00) Dol-
lars under the terms set forth in the Contract for Sale and Purchase
a copy of which is attached to the Petition for Order Authorizing
Sale.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, Florida, this /~ day
