THIS CAUSE, having come on before the Court upon
the Joint Motion to Continue Pre-Trial Conference and Trial,
and the Court, having considered the same and being otherwise
fully advised in the premises, it is hereby:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Pre-trial conference,
presently scheduled in this matter for December 23, 1980, is con-
tinued until a later time and, accordingly, the trial of this
matter, presently scheduled for January 5, 1981, is also
continued to a later time, as will be determined by Motion of
either party to schedule trial or pre-trial conference.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce,
