WARRANTY DEED

This Indenture, Made this~t'f day of December, 1980,
BETWEEN JEANNETTE KANTOR
residing at 13A Knob Hill, 35 Locust Avenue in the Borough
of Roseland in the County of Essex and State of New Jersey
herein designated as the grantor,
AND EDWARD KANTOR, Trustee under a certain Trust Agree-
ment dated Decembers 1980 between Jeanette Kantor as grantor
and Edward Kantor as trustee for the benefit of Kimberly R.
Kantor in trust nevertheless,
residing at 4 Bayberry Lane in the Township of Randolph in
the County of Morris and State of New Jersey herein designated
as the grantee;
WITNESSETH, That said grantor, for and in consideration of the
sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00)
and other good and valuable considerations to said grantor in
hand paid by said grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to the said
grantee, and grantee's heirs and assigns forever, the following
described land, situate, lying and being in St. Lucie County,
Florida, to-wit:
An undivided one-eighth interest
Fifteen (15) and Sixteen (16) of
COMPANY'S Subdivision of Section
Six (36) South, Range Forty (40)
thereof recorded in Plat Book 1,
of St. Lucie County, Florida; LE
of record.
in Tracts Fourteen (14),
Block One (1) of MODEL LAND
Fifteen (15), Township Thirty-
East, according to the Plat
Fage 41 of the Public Records
SS drainage and road easements
Subject to taxes subsequent to the year 1980 and restrictions,
reservations, easements, covenants and servitudes of record.
BEING the same premises conveyed to Abraham I. Kantor and
Jeannette Kantor, his wife, by deed of Jahn W. Douglass, Joined
by Jenny E. Douglass, his wife, dated December 28, 1972 and
recorded in the office of the recorder of deeds of St. Lucie
County on December 20, 1972 in Book 209, Page 1439. The said
Abraham I. Kantor died on April 28th, 1977, a resident of
Bloomfield County, State of New Jersey.
and said grantor does hereby fully warrant the title to said
land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all
persons whomsoever.
WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has hereunto set grantor's hand and
seal on the day and year first above written.
