recourse, sell, transfer and assign unto said Assignee, his heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns, said

personal representatives, successors and assigns torever. If the Assignee is herein designated as a trustee, then the
Assigns shall have full power and authority to sell, transfer, assign, encumber or otherwise manage the mortgage
and note hereby assigned and the property encumbered by said mortgage.

its duly authorized officer on December 8, 1980.
