SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, made this 2nd day of oecember 19 _$~ ,

hereinafter called party of the first part, and ALBERT H. Amts and Oi,BO

hereinafter called party of
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party of the first part, the owner and holder
of the following described mortgage, to wit:
Recorded in O.R. Book 343, page 1101 - 1103, public records of St.
Lucie County, glorida.
for and in consideration of $1.00 and other valuable consideration, to it in
hand paid by said party of the second part, hereby postpones and subordinates
the lien, operation and effect of the above described mortgage owned by party
of the first part in favor of the following described mortgage to wit:
The second mortgage to which this subordination applies shall not
exceed $10,000.00.
P'ortQaoe dated December 8, 1980 between mortoaaor Jerrold E. Newman and Freda H. ltewman,
his wife and mortgagee Port St. Lucie Bank in the amount of $10,000,00
Lots 3 and 4, Block 20, RIVER PARK, UNIT TWO, according to the Plat thereof as recorded
in Plat Book 10, Paste 72, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
so as to make the said mortgage last aforesaid a prior lien on the property
described in said mortgages.
