THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT ISAAC BROWNSTEIN

Inc., a Florida non-profit Corporation, as the Purchaser/Lessee/Owner of
the following described property in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
Apartment #308 of HUTCHINSON ISLAND CLUB, a Condominium,
according to the Declaration of Condominium dated June 16,
1976 and recorded July 13, 1976 in Official Records Book
254, pages 2128 et seg., of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
The approval has been given pursuant to Paragraph X1, sub-paragraph
A, of the Declaration of Condominium of the Condominium.
