THIS I+IORTGAGB, dated the 12th day of December , A.D. 1980 , by and, between
LEE ANDREW HAYNES and HAZEL ESPADRON NAYNES, his wife, hereinafter
called the mortgagor. and SUBURBAN COASTAL CORD .

Together with all structures and improvement: aow and hereafter on said land, and fixtures attached thereto, and all rents, issues,
proceeds, and profits accruing and to accrue from said premises, all of which zee included within the foregoing description and the haben-
dum thereof; also all gas, steam, electric, water, and other heating, cooking, refrigerating, Ughting, plumbing, ventilating, irrigating, and
power systems, machines. appUances. factures, and appurtenances, which now are or may hereafter pertain to, or be used with, in, or on
said premises, even though they be detached or detachable.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singuiu the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto be-
longing or in anywise appertaining, and the reveraon and revers;ons, remainder or remainders, rents, issues, and profits thereof, and also all
the estate, right, title, interest, homestead, dower and right of dower, sepuate estate, possession, claim and demand whatsoever, as well in
iaw as in equity, of the said mortgagor in and to the same, and every part thereof, with the appurtenances of the said mortgagor in and to
the sane, and every part and pual thereof unto the said mortgagee in fee simple.
And the mortgagor hereby covenants with the mortgagee that he is indefeasibly seized of said land in fee simple; that he hu full
power and lawful right to convey the same in fee simple as aforesaid; that it shall be lawful for the mortgagee, at all times peaceably and
quietly to enter upon, hold, occupy, and enjoy said land, and every part thereof; that the land is and will remain free from all encum-
brances; that said mortgagor will make such further assurances to prove the fee simple title to said land in said mortgagee as may be reason-
ably required. and that said mortgagor does hereby fully warrant the title to said land, and every put thereof, and will defend the same
against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
PROVIDED ALWAYS, and these presents an executed and delivered upon the following conditions, to wit:
The mortgagor agrees to pay the mortgagee, or order, the principal sum of

principal and interest are fully paid, except that the final payment of principal and interest, if not sooner paid, shall be due and payable on

And shall duly ,promptly, and fully perform, dischuge, execute, effect, complete, and comply with and abide by each and every the
stipulations, agreements, conditions, and covenants of said promissory note and of this mortgage, then this mortgage and the estate hereby
created shall ease and be null and void.
And the mortgagor further covenants as follows:
1. That he will pay the indebtedness, as hereinbefore provided. Privilege is reserved to pay the debt in whole, or in an amount equal
t~~ one or more monthly payments un the principal that zee next due on the note, on the first day of any month prior to maturity:
