RELEASE OF LIEN
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That HOLIDAY OUT AT ST. LUCIE,
A CONDOMINIUM, a corporation not for profit organized and existing
under the laws of the State of Florida, does hereby acknowledge full
satisfaction of the amount claimed to be due for special assessment
passed December 15, 1979 by the Board of Directors as provided for
in the Declaration of Condominium on the following described property,
and that said Holiday Out at St. Lucie, a Condominium, does hereby
consent and direct that said lien claimed by Holiday Out at St. Lucie,
a Condominium, be released of record; said lien being recorded in
0. R. Book 331, page 153 and 0. R. Book 331,, page 421 public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
