BEING same property conveyed to the within grantors by Deed from General
Developement Corporation, dated.-July 13, 1977 and recorded in Book 279,
page 1593 on September 20, 1977 in the Clerk's office of St. Lucie
County and Deed from General Development Corporation, dated July 13, 19.7'
and recorded in Book 276, page 752 on October 26, 1977 in the Clerk's
Office of St. Lucie County.
It is the intent of this Deed and Doris A. Eaton, who is the Grantor
herein and who is the wife of Keith O. Eaton, Grantee herein, to convey
any right, title or interest in the above-described property, the entire
estate and interest of Doris A. Eaton as such wife of the said Grantee i
the aforesaid lands and including the relinquish and release of her righ
of dower in said premises to the end, that the said Grantee shall here-
after hold the premises free and clear of any and all such right or
interest of Doris A. Eaton therein, and to the ends that the same may be
conveyed, encumbered, devised or otherwise disposed of and shall remain
free and clear of any such right, estate or interest of the said Doris
A. Eaton therein, including the inchoate or possible estate by dower of
the said Doris A. Eaton, in accordance with N.J.S.A 37:2-18.
