Attachment to Warranty Deed from PORT ST. LUCIE BANK to TREASURE
COAST PROPERTIES, INC., dated November 1, 1980.
Tract "A":
The Westerly portion of Tract "A", of the Second
Replat in RIVER PARK, UNIT 3, as recorded in
Plat Book 13, at Page 16, of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida. Bounded on the
East by the following described line.
Beginning at a point on the Northerly line of
said Tract "A", which bears South 62°22'00" West,
247.82 feet from the Northwest corner thereof;
thence South 28°38'00" East, 169.57 feet; thence
South 00°03'00" West, 178.42 feet to the Southerly
line of Tract "A".
Containing 1.47 acres more or less.
Tract "B":
All that tract or parcel of land lying and being
in Section 22, Township 36 South, Range 40 East,
more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the intersection of the Westerly
Right of Way line of Entrada Avenue and the
Northerly Right of Way line of Eaton Drive, as
shown on plat of SECOND REPEAT IN RIVER PARK,
UNIT 3, as recorded in Plat Book 13, at Page 16,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida; thence South 62°22'00" West along the
Northerly Right of Way line of said Eaton Drive,
99.02 feet; thence 24.16 feet along the arc of
a curve to the right having a radius of 50.0
feet and a central angle of 27°41'00"; thence
North 89°57'00" West, 97.08 feet to the POINT
OF BEGINNING of the following described PARCEL
"B"; thence continuing along said Right pf Way
line North 89°57'00" West, 135.00 feet; thence
leaving said Right of Way line North 0°03'00"
East, 178.42 feet; thence North 84°42'33" East,
135.59 feet; thence South 0°03'00" West, 191.04
feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Being a portion
of TRACT "A" as shown on said plat of SECOND
REPEAT IN RIVER PARK, UNIT 3; all lying and
being in St. Lucie County, Florida, containing
0.57 acres, more or less, according. to the Plat
thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 13, at Page 16,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
