JOINT TENANCY IVARRANTY DEED
TtfIS INDENTURE, (Made this 4th day of December, 1980,
wherein MII.DRED f-1. STIL[.IAN, a single person, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS
to GARY K. GLASSCOCK and JOYCE F. GLASSCOCK, as JOINT TENANTS and
not as tenants in common, with full rights of survivorship, the
whole estate to vest in the survivor in the event of the death of

Pittsburg, Kansas 66762
all the following described real estate in the County of St. Luci°,
in the City of Port St. Lucie, and State of Florida, to wit:
Lot 7, Block 1692 of PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION 31
a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof, recorded
in Plat Book 14, page 22, of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION OF LOVE AND AFFECTION.
Subject to conditions, restrictions, reservations, limitations
and easements of record; zoning and other regulatory ordinances, if
any.
And the said party of the first part does hereby fully warrant
the title to said land, and will defend the same against the lawful
claims of all persons whomsoever.
