FIRST AMENDtiENT
TO THE
DECLARATION OF COVENAN`1'S AND RESZ'RICTIOPiS
FOR
TARPON BAY YACHT CLUB
WHEREAS, the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions
for Tarpon Bay Yacht Club has been recorded in Official Records
Book 327, page 924, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida
(the "Declaration"); and -
~auFUF.?-.~, section ~~T_I (F) of the L-eclaration provides for
a procedure to amend the Declaration; and
WHEREAS, the undersigned constitute the owners holding not
less than two-thirds (2/3) of the voting interests of the
membership, as well as Developer's express written joinder
and consent;
a NOW, THEREFORE, the Declaration is hereby amended,
modifying Section IV, Paragraph E, Item 7 to read as follows:
"7. *ierebers of the P_ssociati.on shall bP assigned
one (1) specific parking space by the Association or
by the Developer. Parking spaces not specifically
assigned to a member shall be designated as "Guest".
Members mal use guest spaces for second cars on a
"First come, First served" basis."
