The Grantor, in consideration of the premises and
the sum of $10.00, and other good and valuable considerations,
in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, re-
leases, conveys and confirms unto the Grantee, and to
heirs and assigns forever, that certain real property situate
in St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described
as follows:
Lot 11, Block 135, Unit 10, LAKEWOOD PARK SUB-
DIVISION, according to the plat thereof filed
in Plat Book 11, page 29-C, of the public re-
cords of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, heredita-
ments and appurtenances belonging to or in anywise appertaining
to that real property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the Grantee, and to
heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
AND the Grantor does covenant to and with the Grantee,
heirs and assigns, that in all things preliminary to and in
and about this conveyance the laws of the State of Florida
have been followed and complied with in all respects.
