The South 1/2 of Lot 8, in the Southwest corner of MODEL LAND COMPANY
SUBDIVISION of Section 23, Township 35 South, Range 39 East, according to the
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, page 10, of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida: LESS the East 45 feet and the South 60 feet and Less
the following:
From the Northeast corner of the South 1/2 of Lot 8, run West 45 feet to the
Point of Beginning; then run South on the South right of way line of Coolidge
Road a distance of 150 feet to a point; thence run West a distance of 320 feet
to a point; thence run North to the North line of the South 1/2 of Lot 8 a
distance of 150 feet to a point; thence run East along the North line of the
South 1/2 of Said Lot 8 a distance of 320 feet to the Point of Beginning.
