SALE OF TRUST PROPERTY
The undersigned, as Attorney-In-Fact of the Land Trust
dated June 3, 1971, as recorded in Official Record Book 308, at
Page 508 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and as
rerecorded in Official Record Book 312, at Page 1577 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, hereby ratifies, confirms and
consents to the conveyance by and between CARL N. SHEFFIELD individually
and as Successor Trustee, to WILLIAM J. BESSEMER, as evidenced by
the Warranty Oeed between the parties dated 1980 ,
in Official Records Book at Page of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
