Marriage, including a prayer for partition of the following described
real property in St. Lucie County, Florida:

as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 12,
Pages 49-49G, Public Records of St.Lucie County
Florida
or alternatively, that the Husband's interest in the above described
property be awarded to the Wife by virtue of a special equity or as
lump sum alimony, has been filed in the above matter, and you are
required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on
BEN L. BRYAN, JR., ESQ., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is
P.O. Box 3230, Fort Pierce, Florida 33454, on or beforer~~
