ORDER
THIS MATTER COMING on to be heard on the Plaintiff's Motion
to Tax Costs and Attorney's Fees and the Court being fully advised
in the premises and after hearing argument of counsel finds:
(a) that the Defendant did breach its contract of
insurance with the Plaintiff;
(b) that the Plaintiff's Motion to Tax Attorney's fees
is granted; and
(c) that the Plaintiff's Motion to Tax Costs and Expert
Witness Fees is granted. It is therefore,
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Defendant, ALLSTATE INSURANCF. COMPANY, shall pay
the Plaintiff's taxable costs in the amount of $103.50.
2. The Defendant, ALLSTATE INSURANCE COMPANY, shall pay
to the Plaintiff's counsel, Kocha, Houston & Wilbur, P. A., an
attorney's fee in the amount of $26,702.49.
3. The Defendant, ALLSTATE INSURANCE COMPANY, shall pay
the amount of $150.00 to J. Michael Jeffries, Esq. as an expert
witness fee for• his testimony in this matter.
DONE AND ORDERED in chambers at Ft. Pierce, Florida,
