ORDER
THIS CAUSE came before the Court on the 8th day of Decem-
ber, 1980, on the Motions to Dismiss filed by the Defendants,
FLORIDA HOMEFINDERS, INC. and ALDEN BROWN, and the Court having
heard argument of counsel and being otherwise duly advised in the
premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion to Dismiss and Sup-
elemental t4otion to Dismiss filed by the Defendant, FLORIDA HOME-
FINDERS, INC., and the Motion to Dismiss filed by the Defendant,
ALDEN BROWN, should be and hereby are granted, and the Plaintiffs
shall have ten (10) days from the date of this Order to file their
Amended Complaint.
