The evidence shows that David Rankin, an employee of FLORIDA RANK AT FORT PIERCE, did not release the Defendant, CYNTHIA MARTINEZ, from her responsibility or obligation upon the Promissory Note dated April 28, 1978. 2. That at the time of making the Promissory Note, subject matter of this action, CYNTHIA MARTINEZ was a joint maker thereof. 3. As a joint maker, CYNTHIA MARTINEZ does not-fall within the protection of the provisions of Florida Statute §673.606 (1) (b) . 4. That the Defendants, TONITA SPEER and CYNTHIA MARTINEZ, are indebted to FLORIDA BANK AT FORT PIERCE, in the amount of Three Thousand One Hundred Thirty-two and 44/100 Dollars ($3,132.44). . sa~x344 P~~t2970
