for the Plaintiff is One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00).
6. That the Defendant, TONITA SPEER, is indebted
to the Defendant/Cross-Plaintiff, CYNTHIA b1ARTINEZ, in the amount
of Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00).
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, FLORIDA BANK AT
FORT PIERCE, shall have and recover Judgment against the Defendants,
CYNTHIA MARTINEZ and TONITA SPEER, for damages in the amount of
Three Thousand One Hundred Thirty-two Dollars and 44/100 ($3,132.44),
plus a reasonable attorneys' fee in the amount of One Thousand
Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00), plus costs in the amount of
Two Hundred Fifteen Dollars and 70/100 ($215.70), for all of which
let execution issue; and it is
FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that CYNTHIA MARTINEZ
have and recover Judgment against TONITA SPEER fur damages iii
the amount of Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00), for which let
execution issue.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, Saint
