therefore, the Defendants' Motion for partial Summary Judgment on
the issue of punitive damages is hereby denied. Bernard v. Florida
East Coast Railway, 624 F.2d 552 (5th Cir.1980)Seaboard Coast Line
Railroad Company v._Buchman, 358 So.2d 836 (Fla. 2nd DCA 1978).
For clarification, Plaintiff's affidavit filed oh necember 2, 1980,
was not considered.
