2. Plaintiff holds a lien for the total sum superior to any
claim or estate of Defendants JOHNNY C. McDUFFIE and BRENDA GAY McDUFFIE,
his wife
on the following

Lot 146, of SHERATON~PLAZA, UNIT THREE, REPEAT,
according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in
Plat Book 16, Page 12, of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. If the total sure with interest at the rate of 9.5 $
per annum and all costs of this action accruing subsequent to this
judgment are not paid within three days from this date, the Clerk of
this Court sh 1 sell the pro rt at public sale on
19~, 1.11:O~J A.M. ., to the highest bidder for
cash, except as set forth hereinafter, at the door of
the Courthouse in St. Lucie County in Ft. Pierce Florida
in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
4. Plaintiff shall advance all subsequent costs of this action
and shall be reimbursed for them by the Clerk if Plaintiff is not
the purchaser of the property at the sale. If Plaintiff is the
purchaser, the Clerk shall credit Plaintiff's bid with the total sum
with interest and costs accruing subsequent to this judgment or such
part of it as is necessary to pay the bid in full.
5. On filing the Certificate of Title the Clerk shall distribute
the proceeds of the sale, so far as they are sufficient, by paying:
