37 of the public records of Saint Lucie County, Florida ,being more ~

of said lot 7, run south 37.0 feet to the point of beginning ,thence
continue south 45 feet, thence run west 147.5 feet, thence run north
31.8 feet, thence run easterly 147.25 feet to the point of beginningf
IN ADDITION TO THE COVENANTS HEREINAFTER SET OUT, THE MORTGAGOR-
- COVENANTS AND AGREES THAT: i
(1) The MORTGAGOR herein shall make within 15 days of the due date
herein the payments called for in the first mortgage now encum-
bering the above described property, to the MORTGAGEE herein at
its office or some other place as designated by the MORTGAGEE ~

(2) The MORTGAGOR herein shall at the request of the MORTGAGEE herei~
acknowledge in writing the existence of this mortgage and the
amount still due hereunder, on an estoppel form provided for ~
this purpose by the MORTGAGEE.
