THIS CAUSE coming on for Final Hearing arcl the Court having
considered the pleadings, testimony and evidence, and finding that it
has jurisdiction of the subject matter and of the parties and finding
that the marriage between the parties hereto is irretrievabl}~ broken
and that a~reconciliation cannot be made between the parties, and the
Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is, thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
1. DISSOi.UTION OF MARRIAGE: That the marriage between
CRAIG E . HI ATT
and LINDA D. HIATT,
Lac, and the same is hereby ordered dissolved, a vinculo, and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the oblierations
arising therefrom.
2. RESTRAINING ORDER: Each of the parties is hereby en-
joined and restrained from interfering with, harrassing or anno}-ing
the other, and the Sheriffs of the State of Florida and their author-
ized deputies are ordered to enforce this Restraining Order without
further order of this Court.
3. CHILDREN AND PROPERTY: That-there are miner children
o: this marriage and the parties do not own real pr~i~~rty jointly and
do not own personal property jointly.
