4. DETERMINATION O F PATERNITY: That this Court specifically
finds and determines that CRAIG E, IiIATT is the natural father of the
minor child , SIiANNON A. HIATT .
5. CHILD CUSTODY: That the Wife, LINDA D. HIATT, is a fit
and proper person to have custody of the minor child, SIiANNON A. HIATT,
of the parties, and LINDA D. HIATT, bc, and is hereby ordered awarded
the permanent care and custody of the minor child, SHANNON A. IiIAPT.
6. CHILD VISITATION AND SUPPORT: That at the reques~f the
wife, ~s Court does not award any child support to thyW~e for the
support of th inor child. It be, and is her further ordered that
it is in the best in est of the chi hat the Husband, CRAIG E. HIATT,
shall not have visitation ri 'th said minor child and upon the re-
