CCNSENPED MJDIFICATION TO F]NAL J[~R ORDER
The Court being fully advised of the premises in this case, that the
Husband and Wife have stipulated to a modification of the Final Judgment and
Separation Agreement, said Stipulation attached to this Order, it is hereby
ORDERED AND DDCRE:ED as follotas :
1. That the Separation Agreement entered into by the Husband and
the Wife on December 30, 1977, is incorporated by reference and continues with
full force and effect as though fully set out herein except where said Separation
Agreement is inconsistent with the Stipulation entered into by and bettiaeen the
parties on Deoanber 9, 1980.
2. That the Stipulation dated Deoanber 9, 1980, and attached herewith
and incorporated by reference and marked as Exhibit 1, superoede_s any inconsistent
provisions of the Separation and Property Settlement 1lgreernent of Dece:ttber 30,
1977.
3. 'That the Final Judc~rtent Order and subsequent Orders entered into by
this Court are hereby modified so as to be ooclsistent w2th the Stipulation entered
into by and between the parties dated December 9, 1980.
