BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
MARY TIMOFAI, who, having been first duly sworn, upon oath, deposes
and says:
1. That she is the survivinc~ spouse of PIIC1iOLAS J. TIMOFAI,
who died on July 27, 1979.
2. ^'hat Affiant and the said NICHOLAS J. TIMOFAI, were the
grantees named in that certain Warranty Deed dated September 9, 1961,
filed September 25, 1961, in Official Records Book 19 at Page 167, of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida conveyinq the
following described nroperty:
Lot 20, Rlock 6?., Unit 6, LAKEWOOD PARK
according to the Plat thereof, as recorded
in Plat Book 11, at Paqe 7, of the Public
Records of St. Liicie County, Florida.
3. That ~rior to September 9, 1961, and at all times thereafter
until the date of death of the said NICNOLAS J. TIMOFAI, Af_fiant and
the said NICHOLAS J. TIMOFAI, were continuously husband and wife, and
that such relationship was continuous and uninterrupted until the date
of death of the said NIC1iOLAS J. TI!~SOFAI.
4. That in order to amplify the information contained in this
instrument and by way of further explanation, a certified Death
Certificate for the said NIC!?OLAS J. TI*SOFAI, is attached hereto and
is by reference made a part hereof.
5. That attached to and incorporated into this Affidavit is a
Non-Tax Certificate on the said P7ICHOLAS J. TIMOFAI.
