KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: -That I, ROGER POITRAS, Clerk of the
Circuit Court, in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, pursuant to payment
of Final Judgment dated 9 July 1980 for and in consideration of the sum
of E449.25, DO HEREBY REIEASE AND DISCHARGE in full compromise settlement
any and all property, real, personal or otherwise, now owned or hereafter
to be acquired, from the lien, operation and effect of that certain estre-
ature of bail bond in the County Court of St. lucie County, Florida and
Final Judgment as recorded in The Official Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, Book 334 pages 1490 and 2253, by the State of Florida for the
use and benefit of St. Lucie County, Florida, against Kent W. Higgins,
Chet's Bonding Agency and Cotton Belt Insurance Company.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal of the said
Clerk of the Circuit Court, on this the 15th day of December 1980.
