by and between GEORGETTE MARCELLE MORIN, joined in by JOSEPH M.
MORIN, her husband, both being joint tenants as man and wife, said
GEORGETTE MARCELLE MORIN, wife, being party of the first part and
releasor, and JOSEPH M. MORIN, in his own name only, for his sole
and separate estate, being party of the second part, and releasee:
W I T N E S S E T H:
That for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars
($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged, the said party of the first part,
GEORGETTE MARCELLE MORIN, releasor is joined by her husband,
JOSEPH M. MORIIJ, to make on this DE~D of RELEASE, both being
joint tenants as man and wife, and said party of the first part,
GEORGETTE MARCELLE MORIN, releasor, does by this de~d hereby re-
lease all her right, title, and interest unto the said party of
the second part, JOSEPH M. MORIN, releasee, in his own name, to
hold the same as his sole and separate estate; said releasee,
JOSEPH M. MORIY, being a domicilary and resident at 6800 Swarth-
more Drive, Alexandria, Fairfax County, Virginia 22307;
and the said party of the first part, GEORGETTE MARCELLE MORIN,
releasor, does hereby further release to JOSEPH M. MORIN, releasee,
all her rights of dower and any and all other rights to which she
is or may be entitled by law as wife of said JOSEPH M. MORIN, in-
cluding any common law or statutory right of survivorship, in all
that certain parcel of land, with improvements thereon, situate,
lying, and being in St. Lucie County, Florida, and more particul-
arly described as follows:
Lot numbered 5, Block 2924, of PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION 41,
a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat
Book 15, at Page 35, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida_with a postal address at 352 S~~I•Kentwood Road, Port
St. Lucie, Florida 33452.
