Subject to conditions, restrictions, reservations, limit-
ations, and easements of record; zoning and other regulatory
ordinances, and taxes for the year 1980, and subject to rights
of the Property Owners Association, if any.
And being the same property conveyed to JdSEPH M. MORIN
and GEORGETTE MARCELLE MORIN, his wife, as joint tenants as man
and wife, by a Warranty Deed of Bargain and Sale, Instrument No.
424676, dated June 23, 1978, by GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION,
grantor, a corporation existing under the laws of the State of
Delaware, having a place of business in the County of Dade and
State of Florida, and lawfully authorized to transact business
in the State of Florida, said Warranty Deed being acknowledged by

Sarah R. Beckner, Deeding Officer of said corporation, and said
Warranty Deed, being first filed and recorded in the Public Records
of St. Lucie County in Book 298 at Page 1116 on I~ovember 21, 1978
at 12:45 p.m. and then next recorded by a corrective deed to cor-
rect scrivener's error in the legal description of the property,
by Instrument #427345 in Book 299 at Page 2253 on December 14,
1978 at 11:55 a.m.
This DEED of RELEASE is made subject to the conditions,
restrictions, rights of.way, and easements of record and to a
Mortgage, dated November 7, 1978, securing a Promissory Note of
even date, by the real property described above, situate in St. -

Lucie County, Florida, said t~iortgage and Note being made by i
JOSEPH M. MORIN and GEOXtGETTE M. MORIN, his wife, as grantors,

both Mortgage and Note'being acknowledged, on November 7, 1978
and both being recorded together with the Warranty Deed described
above in t3ook 298 at Page 1116 and then to correct scrivener's
error in the legal description in Book 299 at Page 2253 in the
land records of St. Lucie County, State of Florida on the dates
and times aforesaid.
