This cause came on to be heard upon thc former
husband's, RICHARD P. BEKISH, Motion to Ap~,~oint Special Master
and/or Clerk of Court in order to sell the subject property,
and tlie court being f~tly advised in the premises, it is:
ORDERED AND ADJUUGED that the parties shall l~ave
until ~tarch 15, 1981 in order to obtain a purchase cantract
on the marital dwelling at the aKreed u~on price of at least
$140,000.00. Further it is ordered that in the event the
subject property is not under contract by March 15, 1981, then
in that event, the court orders partition of the parties jointly
owned property more particularly described in the modification
judgment dated June 20, 1g80, which property shall be sold by
the Clerk of this ~ourt at public sale on April 1, 1981, during
the regular hours of sale. The sale shall be conducted at the
east front doar of the St. l.ucie County Courthouse, Fort Pierce,
Florida. Notice of sale shall be publi~hed once a week for two
consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in
St. I.ucie Coun.ty, Florida. The second publication shall be at
least five (S) days before the sale. The conditions of the sale
shall be payment of cash or its equivalent and each party may
bid at the sale and receive credit of his, her or its bid for
that party's interest in the real property. The proceeds from
said sale shall be divided equally bet•~ the parties in accordance

with the parties final judgment.~~~All expenses includin~ the appra-
isal shall be deducted from the rlosing proc~edings.
