GUETTLER, his wife, did on June 17, 1980, make, execute and deliver a certain mortgage deed to FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America, which mortgage was recorded in O.R. GUETTLER~and JEAN V. GUETTLER, his wife, hereinafter called the "Mortgagors", and FIRST F`EDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT.PIERCE, hereinafter called the "Mortgagees" agree as follows: 1. That the lien and operation of said mortgage dated June 17, 1980 and recorded in O.R.
