IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED by and between the parties
hereto that the Default heretofore entered on or about November 14,
1980 may be vacated and set aside by the Court and that the Plaintiff
has granted the Defendant, COLONIAL FLEA MARRET a twenty (20) day
extension from November 13, 1980 in which to file an Answer in the
this case, and that the Clerk of the Circuit Court may accept any
Answer filed on behalf of the Defendant, COLONIAL FLEA MARKET and
that this cause may proceed as usual.

THIS CAUSE having come on before me by way of Stipulation, it
is:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, that the Default heretofore entered in
this cause on November 14, 1980, may be and it is hereby set aside
and the Clerk of the Circuit Court is ordered to accept the Answer of
COLONIAL FLEA MARKET until such time as a further Motion for Default
may be entered by Plaintiff if such Answer is not filed within the
