ADOPTION
This action was heard upon the verified Petition for
Adoption and the Answer filed by the Florida Department of Health
and Rehabilitative Services, and it appearing that the Petitioner
is married to the natural mother of the child and that the father
of said child is unknown~ and that the Petitioner and the natural
mother are the only persons who have provided support for said child
since the date of its birth, February 21, 1976, and that the Petitioner
is a fit and proper person to adopt the child and that the best interests
of the child will be promoted by the adoption and that the child is
suitable for adoption by the Petitioner, it is
ADJUDGED that:
1. The child known as BRADLEY WAYNE tJILSON, born on
February 21, 1976, at Stuart. Florida~ is the legal child of the
Petitioner, STUART SHAW~ and its natural mother, SALLIE SHAW, and
they are entitled to all rights and privileges, and subject to all
obligations of a child born to them in lawful wedlock.
2. The child is given the name of BRADLEY WAYNE SNAW, by
which name he shall be known hereafter.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County~ Florida,
on this l~ day of December, 1980.
