THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on the Wife's
t~otion for Emergency Relief, the Court having heard testimony of the
Wife and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, finds the ,
Husband in violation of the Court Final Judgment oi Dissolution of
Marriage dated April 18, 1980 by his failure to return the minor
child, STEPHAI~ S. FULFORD, to the Wife. It is, therefore,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida, is
hereby directed to use whatever r.ieans necessary to enforce this
Court's order of April 18, 1980, in returning the minor child,
STEPHANIE S. FULFORD, to the t~ife, JANICE LEE FULFORD.
