FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial this date and the Court
having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband
and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage
between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be ~
dissolved. It is thereupon
O1tDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows :
1. DiSSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between PATRICIA
L. STEBBINS and RICHARD G. STEBBINS be and the same is hereby
dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever
freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between
them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. PROPERTY. The Sep aration and Property~Settlement
Agreement admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein
by reference and the parties are ordered to comply with the
pro~isions thereof .
3. IhSURANCE POLICY. The Husband shall maintain the

existing insurance policy with the Lincoln National Life
Company with the Wife as irrevocable beneficiary so long as
there are alimony payments due under the terms of this Judgment
and the Husband shall make all premium payments timely and keep
such policy in force and effect.
4. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause and the
