Maternal Grandparent, MATTIE HOLLAWAY
507 North 9th Street. Fort Pierce. Florida. After visitation the
husband is to leave the child with the said grandparents and the
wife shall be responsible for Che return of the child to her care.
4. CHILD SUPPpRT . That CHAPPEL BRANCH, JR. shall pap to
PATRICIA ANN BRANCH Che sum of $35.00 per week each and
every week for the support of the minor child of the parties.
CHAPPEL BRANCH, JR. shall continue to pay until said shild obtains
majority. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of the St. Lucic
County Circuit Court and by him remitted promptiy to PATRICIA ANN
BRANCH. In addition, there is herein assessed the sum of $2.00
statutory cost to be added to each payment made to the clerk. All
payments shall be made in case, money order, or cashiers check.
. 5. MEDICALS . The husband shall be responsible for one-half
of all reasonable medical and dental expenses related to the said
minor child.
6. JOINT DEBTS . The husband shall be responsible and shall
pay the following joint debts incurred by the party during their
marriage to wit: Jetson Appliance and Western Auto Stores.
7. MUTUAL RESTRAINING ORDER . That eacfi of the parties here

in are hereby restrained from molesting, harrassing; or otherwise
botherin with each other in any manner whatsoever. The Restrain-
ing Order is enforceable by the Sheriff of the State of Florida
and their deputy and the Sheriffs of the State of Florida or
their deputies shall take the offending party into custody with-
out further Order of this Court.
8. PERSONAL PROPERTY . The parties have divided their
personal property by oral agreement prior to this hearing.
9. REAL PROPERTY . The parties shall become tenants in
Cormnon of the real property located at 2409 N 44th Street, Fort
Pierce, Florida more better described as follows:
Lot 13 Block 16, Haranony Hei,ghts No 4.
