LAMPP, DECEASED PETITION FOR DISCIiARGE The undersigned, as personal representative of the above estate alleges: 1. The decedent, Marion E. Lampp, a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida, died on September 17, 1979, and letters of administration were issued to petitioner on October 17, 1979. 2. Petitioner files herewith receipt signed by the sole beneficiary named in the last will and testament of said decedent in which said beneficiary acknowledges receipt from petitioner of his share of the estate of said decedent. 3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate, h~~ making payment, settlement, or other disposition of all claims and debts that were presented and by paying or making provision for the payment of all. expenses of administration. 4. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returns with the Internal Revenue Service and with the Jepartment of Revenue of the state of Florida, and has obtained and filed with this court evidence of the satisfaction of this estate's obligations for both federal and Florida estate taxes. 5. No persons have any further interest in this proceeding. 6.
