ORDER OF DISCHARGE
The proceeding was heard on the report of distribution
of Ray C. Lampp, as personal representative of the estate
of Marion E. Lampp, deceased, (said report of distribution
being embraced within the personal representative's petition
for discharge together with receipt executed and filed by
the sole beneficiary under the last will and testament of said
decedent), and the court finding that the estate has been
properly administered, that claims of creditors have been
paid or otherwise disposed of, and that the personal repre-
sentative should be discharged, it therefore is

1. The report of distribution of Ray C. Lampp, as per-
sonal representative aforesaid, is approved.
2. Ray C. Lampp is hereby discharged as personal repre-
sentati~~e of the estate of Marion E. Lampp, deceased.
