PETITION FOR LEAVE TO SELL PROPERTY OF WARD
Petitioner, NANCY ROBERTS, as guardian of the prop-
erty of Inez Hilliard, an incompetent, respectfully alleges:
1. The above-named ward is the owner of certain
property, which Petitioner desires to sell, described as fol-
lows:
Lots 12 and 13, Block 4, FABERS SUBDIVISION,
as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 2,
at page 6, of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida. ~
2. Petitioner considers that it is expedient and
necessary to sell the property described above for the follow-
ing reason: The funds are needed for the care of the ward.
3. Petitioner desires to sell the property to SALLIE
H. KNIGHT for $8,400.00 cash, less ordinary costs of sale.
A copy of the appraisal of the property prepared by
Lloyd Taylor, Realtor, dated August 11, 1980, is attached
hereto as Exhibit A.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that an order be en-
tered authorizing the sale of the above-described property on
the conditions and terms set forth in this petition.
UNDER PENALTIES OF PERJURY, I DECLARE THAT I HAVE
READ rHE FOREGOING AND THE FACTS ALLEGED THEREIN ARE TRUE,
TO THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE AND BELIEF.
