ORDER OF SALE
On the petition of the guardian of the property of
the above incompetent for an order authorizing the guardian
to sell certain property of her ward, the court having
examined the file in this proceeding and having considered
the evidence presented; and it appearing to the Court that `,
it is in the best interest of the ward for the property to
be sold; and the Court being otherwise fully advised, it is
ADJUDGED that the guardian is authorized to sell the :~
following described property belonging to her ward:
Lots 12 and 13, Block 4, FABERS SUBDIVISION,
as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 2,
at page 6, of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
The terms of the sale shall be $8,400.00 in cash,
less ordinary costs of sale to SALLIE.H. KNIC#iT.
