KNOW ALL MEN 8Y THESE PRESENTS, that the certain mortgage and
indebtedness secured thereby executed by 1010 Seaway ar., Inc., a F1. CPrp.
dated October 5, 1976 , recorded in O.R. eook 282 , Page 301 , of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida to
Joseph J. Smart Mortgagee,
encumberinq the following described real property situated in St.
Lucie County, F'lorida to wit:
SEE ATTACHED:
At the request of the mortgagor and in consideration of $10.00
and other good and valuable considerations inuring to the undersigned,
the undersigned being the owner and holder of said mortgage does hereby
subordinate the lien and operation and effect of the abovesaid mortgage,
to the lien and operation and effect of that certain mortgage and ~~ration
indebtedness secured thereby executed by 1010 Seaway Drive, inc. , A Florida
to SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, under the date of ~ecember 3, 1980 ,
recorded in O.R. Book 344 , paye 1115-111~ of the Public Records of
st. Lucie County, E'lorida, securing the sum of $ So,i92.69 ,
together with all additional and future advances made thereunder, and
encumbering the above-described real property; and the undersigned
hereby subordinates its said mortgage to said mortgage of SUN BANK OF
ST. LUCIE COUNTY as if the said mortgage of SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY
had been signed a~d recorded prior to and in advance of the mortgage
held by the undersigned.
