523.69 feet, a distance of 55.3 feet to the Point of

thence run North Q1 29' West 258.6 feet, more or less, to
the Indian River; thence meandering a shore of the Indian
River run Westerly to a point of a line which bears North
06~42'48" East from the Point of Beqinninq; thence run South

of the above lying in the Southeast quarter of the Northeast
